1. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments through PayPal. You can log in to your PayPal account to complete the payment securely.

2. How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

3. What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

We offer standard shipping across the United States for a flat rate of $6. Delivery usually takes 3–6 business days after processing.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

5. What happens if I’m not home during delivery?

If you are unavailable, the carrier may attempt another delivery or return the package to our warehouse. In case of an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for return shipping charges.

6. What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order as long as the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. Please contact us at info@haup.shop to initiate your return.

7. How do refunds work?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

8. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. If you need a different size, color, or style, you can request an exchange within the return period. Once your returned item is approved, we will process your exchange based on stock availability.

9. What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@haup.shop with photos or videos. We will provide a replacement at no extra cost or a full refund.
