At Haup, we care about your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our jackets. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return, exchange, or refund under the conditions below.

1. Returns for Change of Mind
  • You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
  • Return requests must be submitted before the 30-day period expires.
How to request a return:

Send an email to info@haup.shop with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Reason for return

Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

2. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process above. Once your item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange based on availability.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are eligible for a replacement or refund within 30 calendar days of delivery.

How to report an issue:

Email info@haup.shop with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos of the product

Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Please note: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 2–3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Important Conditions

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Products showing signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product is inspected and approved.

All return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

The return shipping label is the responsibility of the customer.
